Cirque Builders is a general contractor committed to improving everyone's world through our work. We believe that all building should be sustainable and that everyone deserves an environmentally friendly home. Your home should be comfortable and you should be comfortable in it!
We are able to build green as your budget allows. We recycle throughout the building process, use the greenest materials available at a given price point, and always look towards the big picture of building in a way that is healthiest for the final occupants and everyone else on the planet.

As a General Contractor, Cirque Builders is ready to be involved in your project from the "Vague Idea" Stage to the Final Product. We will consult with you when your project is first a dream in your mind, work through the design and budgeting steps, see you through the building and inspections, finally making your dream a reality. We are able to recommend architects to put your ideas into a concrete form but are happy to work with your existing architect or existing plans as well.
We offer either Fixed Price or Cost-Plus basis contracts; and, of course, our As Promised Guarantee.
Strong relationships with our sub-contractors are very important to us. Cirque Builders has been working with the same group of subs since 2003. This helps us guarantee work quality and a great product.
We always follow up with our clients 6 months after project completion, and offer our exclusive Worry-Free Warranty.
Warranty and Guarantee
As Promised Guarantee
We’ve heard homeowner concerns and understand a major one is that projects take longer than expected and the final cost exceeds the initial budget. With Cirque Builders, the total budget in cost-plus and fixed-price jobs is always realistic, with accurrate allowances and clearly defined options.
At Cirque Builders, we guarantee in writing that the final cost of your project will match the original quote, As Promised. Of course, we realize that you may change your mind on a particular finish or aspect of construction during the actual process; so we’ll give you a new guarantee to reflect changes as they occur. We document each of these changes with your approval sealing the deal. You’ll never be left in the dark!
We also guarantee in writing that your project will be completed in a timely manner. Before your project starts, you will receive a timeline and projected completion date. Tied to that completion date is the As Promised Guarantee with a dailly fee for any extra time.
Worry Free Warranty
Cirque Builders extends all clients a one year warranty on materials and workmanship.
